No Bake Oatmeal, Coconut and Chopped Nut Cookies
1/2 cup butter or margarine
½ cup milk
2 cups sugar
Boil the above ingredients for 2-3 minutes.
3 cups oatmeal
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
1 cup coconut
6 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup chopped nuts
Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl and pour the boiled
mixture over them, stirring until blended.
Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper and refrigerate to set.
Store at room temperature in an airtight container.

YUMMY!!! Thank you Mildred for your recipes! I can’t wait to test them out! I am needing more potassium and protein which peanut butter is a good source of. How perfect!

Add the following, stirring until blended:

Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper and refrigerate to set.
Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
